Refund policy
Article 1.1: Duration of Return Period
The Purchaser shall have a duration of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receiving the item ("Receipt Date") to submit a request for return of the said item to the Seller.
Article 1.2: Return Eligibility Criteria
(a) To qualify for a return, the item must be in the identical condition as it was upon delivery to the Purchaser.
(b) The item must not have been worn, used, altered, or modified in any way.
(c) All original tags must remain affixed to the item.
(d) The item must be returned in its original packaging.
(e) A valid receipt or proof of purchase from the Seller must accompany the return request.
Article 1.3: Initiation of Return Process
(a) To commence a return, the Purchaser should communicate their intention by reaching out to the Seller via email at support@gracefulglowco.com.
(b) Returns are to be dispatched to: Graceful Glow Co Returns 2700 Riverside Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37406
(c) Upon validation of a return request, the Seller shall provide the Purchaser with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding the return shipment procedure.
(d) Items returned to the Seller without prior notification and validation will be deemed unacceptable and will not be processed.
Article 1.4: Damages and Discrepancies
The Purchaser is advised to inspect the item immediately upon receipt. Should the item be found defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item has been received, the Purchaser must notify the Seller promptly, allowing the Seller to assess the situation and rectify any errors.
Article 1.5: Exchanges
For expedient exchanges, the Purchaser is advised to return the original item. Upon acceptance of the returned item, the Purchaser may then proceed to place a new order.
Article 1.6: Refunds
(a) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the Seller will notify the Purchaser of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
(b) If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. The Purchaser acknowledges that banking institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund.
(c) Should more than fifteen (15) business days elapse since the Seller's approval of a refund, and the Purchaser has yet to receive said refund, the Purchaser should contact the Seller at support@gracefulglowco.com.
